Lea Michele Does "Late Show" Appearance Prior to Glee Finale

Looking lovely in the city, Lea Michele was spotted at the Ed Sullivan theater in the Big Apple this afternoon (May 21).

In town to appear on "The Late Show with David Letterman", the 25-year-old smiled towards the prying paparazzi as she waited behind the scenes while clad in a sexy white dress paired with tan heels. After filming her segment, she tweeted a message to her followers reading, "That was so much fun!!!! Thank you to everyone at the @late_show! Can't wait to come back again!!! :)". 

Ms. Michele was spotted arriving at the theater earlier in the day rocking a glittered blazer with a navy skirt and black booties while sharing, "About to go on! So excited! Going to talk about the the #glee finale tomorrow night!!"

With the season finale of her hit show “Glee” airing tomorrow night (May 22), fans are expecting the brunette beauty to drop a few hints about the grand graduation ceremony and maybe even a preview of the big show.

As for Lea's personal life, she will get some time for rest and relaxation as her and the entire cast have their first summer off in three years. 

Having just wrapped up filming the third season of "Glee", co-star couple Lea Michele and Cory Monteith headed east as they were spotted together in New York City on Wednesday (May 16).

The happy duo lovingly held hands as they wandered about the streets of Manhattan while popping into a few stores during the midweek shopping excursion.

As for Lea and Cory's series' upcoming finale episode - the season closer will focus on the graduating seniors and what kind of plans are ahead of them after they leave William McKinley High School.

Monteith, who plays one of the departing students, told Entertainment Tonight, "We're all really enjoying every single moment of what we're doing because it's not going to be like this again."

Meanwhile, fellow castmate Jenna Ushkowitz added similar sentiments, saying, "I know that we'll see the choir room again, but it's definitely going to be a different vibe, a different energy."

The "Glee" finale episode dubbed 'Goodbye' is set to air on Tuesday, May 22 at 8/7c on FOX.
