The Many Facets Of Lalah!

Here are some images of Lalah Hathaway's awesome performance to lead off this season's BB Jazz(Huntington Beach, Ca) concert series

 It was an outstanding show, held in a most beautiful and quaint setting. Which was a pefect nest to hold the captivated audience while they were being treated to the harmonic tone of a true songstress. Not only were they blessed with

her wonderful voice, but they also gained a little more insight on her character and personality. Seeing a playful and humorous side of Lalah, made for a laid back crowd. Overhearing one concert goer saying that "Lalah always makes you feel like you hanging out with family". Lalah performed a string of her own hits and also covered a couple of other songs, while doing so paying homage to the recently passed Teena Marie. She was also joined on stage by her good friend bassist Marcus Miller who was an added treat for the BB Jazz fans. All in all it was a night that this reporter won't soon forget.
