McDonald's Germany Has Released Four NYC Themed Cupcakes

McDonald's is always looking for a way to branch out to different customers and expand their ever-growing menu and McDonalds in Germany have done just that, with the release of four new cupcakes to add to their list of deserts.

Each cupcake represents a different neighborhood in Manhattan so there is one from SoHo, one from Central Park, one from the East Village and one from Chelsea. That way people can buy a cupcake not only based on their personal taste preferences, but also on what New York City neighborhood they'd like to inhabit. What flavor of cupcake you like could tell you more about your personality.

The Chelsea cupcake is a chocolate one that is designed to reflect the changing trendiness of this neighborhood. If it moves too fast for you, just sit on the harbor and relax with the chocolate cupcake.

Central Park's cupcake is for the 'earthy' New York City resident, so it is strawberry flavored and apparently perfect for grabbing any patch of grass in the park and eating your desert.

The SoHo cupcake is vanilla flavored and goes with the apparent sightseeing feel of the neighborhood. You can have one at the beginning of you tour and then again at the end.

Last but not least is the East Village cupcake, which is cappuccino flavored as this region is best know for art and artists and what artist can survive without caffeine?

(It's ok, we're not sure we get it either).
