Men Who Wear Deep V-Neck T-Shirts

There’s a recent style amongst men these days - it’s called the deep v-neck t-shirt. It’s a whole new level for the metro sexual man. I’m undecided on this latest phenomenon. On the right guy, this look is very very sexy. But on the wrong guy… disaster. On those steroid monkeys covered in tattoos - No. On Jude Law - Yes (Side note: he’s been carrying off this look for ages). On a terribly skinny skinny man with no chest hair - No. On a sexy lean confident guy (I may have someone specific in mind…) - Yes. 

And just how low should the V be? A modest V is appropriate for all men, in my opinion. But V’s that end at the bottom of the pecs? Hmmm…. That’s where the problem lies.

Then there’s the amount of chest hair involved. I’m all for chest hair. (Note to men: Don’t shave your chests - but that’s a whole other topic). Should a man with lots of chest hair wear a deep v-neck t-shirt? I say yes. As long as there aren’t any curlies spilling over the sides like a bikini clad chick in need of a wax.
