National Cheesecake Day: Justify Your Indulgence
Today is National Cheesecake Day, so you can satisfy your craving once and for all. Like other interesting food related holidays, the origin of the National Cheesecake Day is unknown, nor has it been officially endorsed by any presidents. Nevertheless, it's a day worth celebrating.
I think the best way to celebrate this special day is to, well, have cheesecakes. Google has kindly provided us with more cheesecake recipes than I could ever read through, but if you are clumsy like me, it's probably better to go to a cheesecake cafe. They might have special deals today!

mmm. cheesecake, my favourite. I had no idea there was a "cheesecake day"! If you want to make cheesecake on your own, a really simple way to do it, and its also lower in fat than most cheesecakes (not that that is saying much) but Jell-O has mix in stores for cheesecake that is delicious.

Can't believe you all missed Nat'l Cheesecake Day! But at least you'll be ready for it next year :)
Just a little tip for cheesecake fans, The Cheesecake Factory is running this contest on their Facebook page--for a trip to Vegas w/ 9 friends:

So if you won the trip, what would you do on your first night in Vegas? (other than eating all of the Cheesecake)
