Recipe (serves 4-6): 1. Prepare the rum-butter: Stir 75g unsalted butter until soft, add 50g icing sugar and 3tbsp rhum and stir creamy (easy with a fork). 2. Cook the pancakes (makes 4-6): Mix 100g flour, 15g cocoa powder, 1/2tsp baking soda, 25g sugar, 1 egg and 1.75dl of milk (perhaps a little more for fluidity). Add 125g of milk chocolate chips, 25g of sultana raisins, and 25g of almond flakes. Fry in a pan.
NOTE: This actually tastes a whole lot better than the picture might suggest.
