No Fussy Menu at Bar Jules, Getting Great Buzz in San Francisco

Run by Jessica Boncutter, Bar Jules is described by Michael Bauer (SF Chronicle) as offering Sophisticated Fare, Intimate Setting.
The place is small (38 seats) and as it has become popular, the noise level can rise.
I did notice that they offer tripe, not your average American fare. I am glad they take chances like that.
The menu is changed daily.
