Occupy Wall  Street Plans Action at Calvin Klein Shows for NY Fashion Week

Occupy Wall Street has been conspicuous in its absence at New York Fashion Week events. After all, nothing says "1%" like a private runway show of unaffordable couture. That will change on February 16, as OWS marches from Zuccotti Park to the Calvin Klein shows 205 West 39th St.

The OWS demonstrators plan to use fashion itself to draw attention to their cause, and hope to entice attendees to put on dripping red eye makeup in the "our eyes are still open" motif.

The red eye makeup echoes the pepper-sprayed protesters in Davis and New York City.  The plan is to get 99 attendees at the 2pm Calvin Klein show to wear the red eye makeup (If you think that there are no Occupy Wall Street sympathizers in the fashion world, think again: the best way to find yourself below the poverty line is to work in the arts: long hours, low pay, no benefits).

If if OWS fails to find 99 participants, the contingency plan is to shut down the 3pm show.

This, in our opinion, would be counter-productive. Even if fewer than the symbolic number agree to participate, OWS would still have them effectively photobombing media coverage that gets distributed around the world.

When protest meets fashion, you can follow along live, via live video (when it becomes available) and Twitter updates on this page.

Yeah, that's it, OWS -- protest the fashion industry, but don't go to major airports to protest the serial sexual molestation and invasion of privacy of the flying public.  Why not?  Because OWS is a full-spectrum dominance U.S. intel psyop, IMO, another phony agit-propaganda stunt devised to draw and, identify and ultimately neutralize any real "dissidents" that may be drawn to this phony honeypot.
