Ode to Spring Cupcakes

made 54 cupcakes Thursday night-Friday for the FVMOM Rummage Sale/Bake Sale. I ended up keeping 2 (one for James & one for me) so the sale got 52 cupcakes. 26 of each kind.

I made the mini chocolate chip cookies for the "cookie monster' cupcakes and then used the remaining batter to make Quintuplet cookies, which I decided on my way to the event I should have called Twin & Triplet cookies as they had 2 kinds of chocolate and 3 types of nuts. I didn't take a photo of those though but I ended up with 6 1/2 doz
