People Magazine has realeased their 'Best Dressed List 2009' with Kate Winslet and Michelle Obama ganering attention for the women.
The list is not in numerical order, but each of them are assigned a category.
Reese Witherspoon was named 'best dressed for short dresses', and Vanessa Hedgens from High School Musical 'best hippy chick', while Frieda Pinto from Slumdog Millionaire was 'best use of color'.
Taylor Swift was named for 'best sparkle'. Hopefullly that will cheer her up after being interrupted by Kanye West at the VMA awards.
Brad Pitt, "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson, and Bradley Cooper of "The Hangover" and "Nip/Tuck" fame were among the best-dressed men of the year. People said their attention to details like a scarf, pin or skinny tie "took their looks beyond basic."
People Magazine's 'best and worst dressed' annual double issue goes on sale Friday, and includes segments on Paula Abdul and Renee Zellweger as they are on the 'worst red carpet dresses' list.
Jessica Simpson's mom jeans are among the 'most memorable moments of the year' as well.

Paris Hilton should always be at the top of any best dressed list. She is ALWAYS beautifully turned out.

Michelle Obama shouldnt be on that list. She is too damn fugly. There is nothing beautiful about that lady or the clothes she wears. I am about tired of Americans kissing that ladys ass.
