Media reported that the man was "Openly Gay" as he was assaulted by 3 Indo-Canadian men. Indo meaning a race from India or East Asia, certainly if anything knows anything about Hate Crimes and Racism it would be these three.

Everyone has the right to walk the streets unmolested regardless who they are, pelting a man with eggs and throwing a beer bottle sounds like they didn't agree with this man's openly Gay lifestyle.

Perhaps it is all a cultural misuynderstanding, as these three INdo Canadian men thought Mr. Gay was hungry and decided to toss him a few eggs and a beer for a late night nosh!

Rest assured if it was a Openly Gay Indo Canadian man assulted by three White Guys, Ethnic Vote sucking Politicians, Media, Grief Counsellors, Indo Organizations would be picking up the Banner of Racism, Religion, Cultural, and of course lastly "Gay Bashing" in a wild Protest demanding Justice in bringing these three White Guys to Justice.

One can safely be assured by our incompetent "Cause of the Day" BC Human Rights Tribunal who seem to Jump at the Chance to Keep "Whitey Down."

But since he is a "Gay White Male", minding his own business walking home, well that is par for the course as it seems it is acceptable to assault him, cause we all know "He was just asking for it, in our supposedly "Everyone is Equal" in the mistaken belief that we have a Multicultural Diverse Society of which is Vancouver, British Columbia. Of course, just not for Gay People of the Caucasian race.

An attack on a man in Vancouver's West End neighbourhood didn't appear to be an incident of gay bashing as investigators initially suspected, police said on Friday.

The assault took place in the 1600 block of Davie Street shortly after 1 a.m. on May 2, Vancouver police said.

The victim was walking along Davie Street near a convenience store. Three men pelted him with eggs and threw a beer bottle at him but missed.

Police made the conclusion after the men turned themselves in on Friday, following the release of images from a convenience store's surveillance camera earlier in the week.

The surveillance tape shows three Indo-Canadian men were buying eggs and one of them was holding a beer bottle.

"The investigation is ongoing, but early indications are that the assault appears to have been random and not a hate crime," Vancouver police said in a release.
