Image of the day: Pisang goreng (Fried banana) crumbs at the Tanjong Pagar Railway station. One of the most favorite snacks of Singapore at the old Singapore-Malaysia railway station. After the closure of Tanjong-Pagar railway, many people miss this Malaysian snack which used to be worth only 60 cents.

Now that sounds like a interesting snack. I think there are a lot of banana lovers out there besides me. Maybe a recipe can be found and a new business started! :)
