Playboy has ranked the top 10  party schools according to a rigorous set of criteria, including male-to-female ration (lack of) academics, and the all-important "bikini index". Where's Chico State on this list? Also, I'm surprised that UCSB is all the way at #10. Have the judges never been to Isla Vista? My own alma mater, UC San Diego, would have ranked approximately 40,327th on this list. MTV filmed a Spring Break there once.. during finals week. It was a total shit show, but the guy across the hall from me was obsessed with Daisy Fuentes and nearly missed an exam so he could bask in her presence.
