She certainly has a full schedule these days, but Selena Gomez recently took a moment from her constant travels to chat with press about her fashion line, "Dream Out Loud."

The Disney darling told in a new VEVO session, "I didn't want to just slap my name on it and I didn't want to have my face on a tee  shirt."

"I wanted it [the fashion line] to be extremely real and something that anyone could buy even if you had no idea who I was," Gomez added.

"The design process is fun for me. I work with two co-designers, Tony and Sandra, and the first couple of times I met with them, they went inside my closet," Selena explained of her business doings. "Together, we picked out some of my favorite pieces, the fabric...it was really fun."

Confirming the rumors that have been buzzing all over the music world, a rep for Selena Gomez has revealed that Britney Spears did indeed write a track for her upcoming album.

While the "Who Says" singer's camp couldn't provide a name of the Spears-penned single, it has been reported the tune's title is going to be "Whiplash".

The 18-year-old has said she's a huge Spears fan and told MTV News that she plans to include a Britney tribute on her upcoming tour. "We are working on a few cover songs. We are working on a Britney tribute, which I'm so stoked about, 'cause I love Britney. I was like, 'I have to do it.' I wanna do a mash-up of all her songs and just go for it."

Selena continued, "We're gonna do her hits, ' ... Baby One More Time,' and then I think we're going to try to incorporate 'Toxic' and that phase. And then we might do some of her recent, new stuff."

In related news, a new trailer for Selena Gomez's upcoming movie "Monte Carlo" was recently released.

In the film she joins Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy in playing one of three young Americans pretending to be wealthy socialites during their trip to Europe. However after jetting off to Monte Carlo, Emma, Margaret and Grace (Gomez) are faced with an unexpected dilemma when Selena's character is mistaken for a British heiress.

Due out this summer on July 1st, the movie also stars "Glee" stud Cory Monteith.
