Stephen J. Cannell's next Shane Scully mystery novel On The Grind is due to come out January 2009, but he has an On The Grind web site up now. It has videos, character profiles, a contest and some free excerpts from the book. 

Cannell's last Shane Scully novel was Three Shirt Deal.  Before he began writing novels, Stephen J. Cannell created TV shows like The Rockford Files, The A-Team, 21 Jumpstreet and The Greatest American Hero.
