Southwest Airlines Tweets Itself into Mile High Club

We may never know why the official Southwest Airlines Twitter account retweeted this particular item from @paulinadeginge: "I love giving head".

There was no context or intro; Southwest simply retweeted it. @SouthwestAir deleted the tweet almost right away, but that wasn't fast enough for the sharp-eyed (and libidinous) Twitterati.

Southwest's tweet was captured for posterity: you can see a screen capture below and ponder its meaning. 

At least Southwest isn't in the news for kicking people off its planes or for in-flight fuselage mishaps.

That's a pleasant change, no?

Says Emily Heller, "All of a sudden, following @SouthwestAir is paying off".

Meanwhile, we can probably expect an escalation from Air New Zealand.

Refreshingly, Southwest didn't blame the tweet on "getting hacked".
