There has been growing hype about the Space Jam Jordans - the retro Air Jordan xi's. While many people have been very anxious to hear about the release of the iconic space jame shoes, Nike has refused to discuss it. That is until now:

Nike had planned to release the Space Jam Jordans on Christmas Eve, but has now announced the Space Jam themed and inspired retro Air Jordans will be released on the 23rd:

Initially set to release on Christmas Eve as a special gift from Jordan to sneaker fans everywhere, the launch date for the Air Jordan Retro 11 has been moved a day up to December 23rd. This change will give everyone more opportunity to get their 11’s before retailers close their doors early on Christmas Eve.

Although this shoe is available in different colorways and were widely available about 8 years ago, this colorway will be a limited edition. Although many shops have tried to get them only a few will have them on sale. They are expected to retail for $175 US.

The Space Jam Jordans are named after the film space Space Jam starring Michael Jordan and a motley crew of cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck
