Steak Diane is a recipe that Gordon Ramsay has taught others to cook before, but he is also sharing it tonight on the Gordon Ramsay Cookalong on Fox, when he will invite everyone to follow along with him as he prepares a three-course meal.

The Steak Diane comprises the main course with sauteed potatoes and peas and you can find the complete recipe including the recipes for the other dishes on the Fox website.

The ingredients include mushrooms, butter, mustard, cognac, cream, garlic and parsley among others. Preparation time is about 10 minutes so it's a quick and easy meal.

Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live is based on a U.K. show and produced by Ramsay's own production company, One Potato Two Potato

Celebrities will also be dropping by, including LeAnne Rimes and Cedric the Entertainer.

GREAT SHOW, very entertaining, would like more shows like this one, where you have group of people beside the chief (cooks) cooking with them. Great way to show that cooking is really not hard when you are shown the right way to do it. I will be watching for more shows like this one. Thank you very much.   Alvira Mientus Manchester NH.

Mr. Ramsay is superb.  I admire all the hard work and dedication that he has put into his work to become a perfectionist.  I think deep down in side that he yells because he cares and just wants the best from everybody that he encounters.  Hells Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares are 2 of my favorite shows and everytime that he is barking orders and getting in your face, that is a man that is passionate about his work. I love to try out new recipes and fiddle around in the kitchen myself and would love the opportunity to learn firsthand from such an excellent Chef.

Enjoy Mr. Ramsey very much.  Ask him if he has a receipe for "pie and mash".  This is a London dish that I enjoyed growing up.  They had "pie and mash" shops all over the and I lived near Lambeth Walk and we had this every Saturday.  Plan on trying the Steak Dianne.

I found Chef's recipe for Steak Diane and other items for the cook along show and would like to make the dishes but the recipe is in gram and ml.  I tried to find a conversion chart to get the correct measurement.  I need help to convert the items to US, pds ozs,tsp and etc. Thanks
