Just before "Twilight Saga: New Moon" will going to be watch by millions of fans, they're getting another treat: On June 30, 2010, "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" is coming. Yes, it's true, it was announced at Summit Entertainment confirmed to MTV News. The Twilight Saga's Eclipse is dated for Wednesday, June 30, 2010. As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger, the plotline explains of the film based on Stephenie Meyer's "Eclipse" novel. "In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. Bella and Edward have been reunited, but their forbidden relationship is threatened to be torn apart again with an evil vampire still seeking her revenge. And Bella is forced to choose between her true love for Edward or her friendship with Jacob Black as the struggles between vampires and werewolves continues. But there is still another choice for Bella to make, mortality or immortality? After the vote about her becoming immortal, Bella realizes graduation isn't too far away and starts to panic. But she has bigger problems arising, her feelings for Jacob, his feelings for her and Victoria. The vampire who is trying to take revenge on her for Edward killing her James. As "Twilight" fans know, Meyer's final book, "Breaking Dawn," will most likely be made into a movie if the studio is going so far as to film the first three novels. Meyer has gone on record saying that she'd like "Breaking Dawn" to be filmed as two separate movies, but little else is known about Summit's plans to continue the saga beyond "Eclipse. The good thing about “Eclipse,” obviously, is that the text is already written – and amongst the Twilighters, it’s perfect just as it is. Stay tuned to this blog as we’ll keep following all the details on “The Twilight Saga” films in the months to come.
