Rare to see this strip mall parking lot completely empty, but then it was 8pm on a public holiday.

I can't help but want to anthropomorphize these carts... looks a bit like a lovers quarrel as portrayed on a US soap opera. Come on guys, get back together. For the sake of the ratings, if nothing else...
