Most musical artists from the U. S. do market themselves internationally and are known all over the world for items other than just music CD's and videos. Lately, a string of cologne and perfume fragrances have overwhelmed the stores on shelves with products to display. Very few movie stars like Antonio Banderas, also known as Andrew Lloyd Weber's "Star of Broadway," and a very accomplished actor, make it to the shelves with perfume and cologne products. His accomplishments over the past few years have exceeded shelving space at most drug stores. Blue Seduction, a spicy yet, lightly musky fragrance sells for $19.99 and would make most men ideally suited for romance. His latest cologne, VIP has upped its price and sells for $24.99 a bottle and smells so good on the sampling paper with a light, airy musk and flowery odor that it should make most wives and girlfriends buy this bottle so that they can smell his sexy fragrance on their loved one. On the opposite end of the counter boasts the rapper and cologne of the same name "Usher," selling for a mere $19.99. This scent is spicy, flowery and sweet. Not too overpowering and certainly much better than his next door neighbor's item, "Unforgiveable," by Sean Combs aka P. Diddy aka Puff Daddy. This odor is a bit like a light cleaning fluid. No wonder it's unforgiveable. It's really no wonder that the "I Am King" cologne has yet to hit Walgreens. Let's not forget the Country Music Star Tim McGraw with his cologne, "McGraw." This fragrance is also musky but, sensual and scrumptious. I sure would love to smell Tim McGraw wearing his own fragrance. No doubt. Of course, there are many pther women Stars who have developed their own sense of style and smell. The best cologne on the shelf goes to none other than a superstar movie actress who has always had the image of elegance and superb quality. Elizabeth Taylor, sells her "Forever" spray which is light, fresh and passionate yet, a classy bouquet of flowers and all for $41.99 and it is worth every penny. A higher priced fragrance has been recently cast out on the market by Jennifer Lopez. She calls her new eau-d-toilette "Deseo." It reminds me of olive oil and cough syrup. But, her former high-selling fragrance, "Still," is a pretty nice experience. It has a calming, flowery fragrance which is light and special. Shania Twain has a product which she has named, "Shania." She charges $19.99 for this bottle of spritzer. It is certainly much better than her manly Stetson cologne. It is light, not too over-powering and leaves you with an essence of peaceful meadows. Her colleague Celine Dion, charges $24.99 for her "Sensational." Unfortunately, sensational it would be as a feminine deodorant spray, but as a perfume it lacks appeal. The worst by far though has to be Brittany Spears, and her scent "Curious." Her product smells like a inexpensive, douching agent. I feel bad because I recently became a Brittany Spears fan . I thought her last two songs and videos were remarkable.
