We FINALLY got around to doing something with our jalapeños. This is just about all of them. There are a few stragglers left on the plants but not many. These are honey pickled jalapeños. Our very first attempt at actual hot water canning and it was a really good success. The jars sealed and everything! Now we just have to wait 3 weeks to try these. It will be a glorious Mexican night! (These jalapeños are really hot - hotter than the ones we get from the store.)
