The World of Competition BBQ

While the weather in the Northeast takes a turn towards Fall, my love of outdoor cooking still finds me on the road competing in various BBQ events across the country. Here's a quick video I took at a recent competition held in New Jersey. I hope to film more this weekend while cooking nine categories over two days!
