Sunday November 13 (cont'd): ... till dusk!

(cont'd): This November Sunday started unspectacular. A short train ride up from Zurich. A hike through the fog. Mostly grey. Decay left and right. And still. Looking closer, I discovered the almost unreal beauty of a true November day. An autumn leaf here. A little flower there. Majestic black trunks in the myst. Delicate "tears of heaven" lined up in the cold. Unreal sceneries along the trails. And finally, climbing up higher and higher, sunshine! A day of splendid beauty. What a day. Spectacular at a second glance, (almost) from dawn till dusk. Thanks for joining me on this trip, browsing this set of pictures, commenting and cheering-up. This picture of the last rays of sunshine will also be the last picture in my photostream for quite some time. I need a break. See you again in 2006!
