Ok sports fans it is all most here! This Sunday the road to Miami will
be paved, and two teams will be on their way to South Beach, hyped and
ready for you on Super Bowl Sunday.

The first game will be the NFC Championship Game. The mighty Bears
will battle the lowly Saints (I had to say that, as my whole family is
originally from Chicago, and they may hurt me).

But a prediction must be made, and The DugOut will waste no time.
While I really like the Saints, who have been electric this year, I
cannot believe that they will win on the road, and in January at
Chicago.

The Bears defense will stop the Saints when they have to, and the Bears
will score along the same lines that New Orleans will give up yards
through the air and on the ground.

Rex Grossman (Bears QB) will make it to the NFL Championship, but he
will never see it again, and he will not leave Miami a winner. This in
no way effects my prediction for the Superbowl.

Final Score: Bears 27 - Saints 24

Now for the AFC Championship game. Please read this post about the Patriots...

This is a way more difficult prediction to make. I really think the Colts are playing inspired defense. They just seem to be in the right place at the right time. And Payton Manning is just to good to lose this game, I think. That being said I am only so confident. They are playing the Patriots, who have won 3 Superbowl Rings in the last few years, they are the most recent champs of anyone left by a long shot, and they have the same coach/quarterback as when they hoisted the Lombardi Trophy.

I learned a long time ago never count out experience in tourney time, unless you are dealing with a phenomena, a talent so great it cannot be stopped when unleashed. And the Colts have that offensive ability.

Final Score: Colts 31 - Patriots 30

Unofficial Office Survey- (numbers equal people)

Bears 4 - Saints 1

Patriots 4 - Colts 1
