Hurricane Coverage

Hurricane Season typically begins in the Atlantic on June 1 and lasts until about the 30 of November. August to October is considered to be the busiest portion of the season.

Hurricanes can be categorized from 1 to 5 depending on their capability for destruction. Not all hurricanes will make landfall but they can still cause weather problems for coastal areas.
