Tsunami Warning to Japan and Russia

An earthquake of magnitude 8.1 stuck 245 miles east of an island group about 990 miles northeast of Tokyo. This has lead to officials to issue warning for a Tsunami alert to the residents. Thousands of residents have been asked to go to higher places.
