Michael Jackson was rushed to hospital on June 25th 2009 in Burbank, California, and just a short while after arriving at the hospital, he died.

He was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance suffering from cardiac arrest and conflicting reports say that he wasn't breathing at his home when the ambulance arrived, and that he wasn't breathing when he arrived at UCLA Medical Centre.

Michael Jackson has three children, Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

He was set to perform a series of concerts at London's O2 Arena starting July 8th, and he was under contract to perform with the Jackson Five and Janet Jackson in July 2010.

A public memorial for Michael Jackson was held on July 7, 2009 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA.
