The second season of Project Runway Canada began airing on January 27 2009. Fourteen fashion designers compete for a shot at winning $100,000 to start their own line, a professional photo shoot with L'Oreal, and a spread in Elle Canada Magazine. Fashion designer Evan Biddell won the inaugural Project Runway Canada last year and has gone on to great success, with an upcoming runway show at L'Oreal Fashion Week in Toronto.

The show is hosted by supermodel Iman, who is joined by judges Rita Silvan and Shawn Hewson. Brian Bailey also returned in season 2 as mentor to the designers. Check back here for weekly show reviews and highlights, plus designer interviews and updates.
