NKorea envoy says to seek progress in nuclear row

NKorean Vice Foreign Minister arrived in Tokyo on Friday. Meeting next week will involve China, Japan, Russia, SKorea, NKorea, USA. Purpose of the meeting is to prevent a nuclear crisis on the Korean peninsula.
