'Overrated 100' List Names and Shames Celebrities

The very act of highlighting this magazine's 'Overrated 100' list is an act of continuing the 'overratedning' (new word but it works).  However one thing the article does is bring a little perspective to the gaudy, ridiculous world of celebrity.
