CNN charging for free Government grant information?

This doesn't even seem possible. How can CNN be so bold as to be involved in this conspiracy to CHARGE people for "free" government information? Better yet how can the grants.gov site allow and supply the solitary link to this? We here at Evil World News and Weather...
