"NEW" PHOTOS SURFACE OF NORTH KOREA'S DICTATOR KIM JONG IL

I saw these photos and something does not sit right.  The photos look doctored either by cgi or photoshop.  The pictures seem too clean I wonder if they have been varified as authentic...
