Food 'Oscar' winners announced
The James Beard awards, aka the food 'Oscars' were handed out earlier Sunday. And the top chef award went to Grant Achatz, a star of the 'molecular gastronomy movement' (Remember that chi-chi restaurant... 'Cheese: A Connoisseur's guide' won a James Beard Book Award earlier this month
If I have a late day at work, I might just have some cheese, fruit ,a piece of bread and a glass of wine of course.
