U.S. Army warns of twittering terrorists

Why is Twitter different from all the other social network sites? E.g. Facebook, chief among them, because it was basically founded by people from within the CIA and DoD, etc. Maybe Twitter is a competitor :) That would be funny! ...and, for that matter, what about Google and...
