This is something I always dreamed of trying. It takes guts and nerves of steel to head down the ramp at an average of 90 MPH. Then to take a blind lead and fly for 80 to 100 meters.

These women athletes are fearless. They possess the power, style and skill needed in this challenging sport. It is hard to believe that the International Olympic Committee does not allow them to compete in ski jumping in the Olympics. I hope they will rectify that so they can compete in the winter 2010 games. It is where they belong.
