NP Rank:
Tales From Gun-Crazy Florida
I was just wanderin around the World Wide Internet and was stopt by this article from a Miami blogg called Stuck on the Pamnetto. In Pahrump most of the ranchers around have guns and some of the crazies from Las Vegas too of course, but they sure do things strange back east.
The Sun Post publishes a series in which they examine why gun licensing and gun law enforcement in Florida has more holes than a sieve.Read how the concealed weapons program acts like a "revolving door". It doesn't matter if you have a violent history, threaten to "blow a bus full of people" and explosives are found in your house. If you walk, you'll get your gun back.

Just like to point out (not sure if the author realises this) that in the UK it is illegal to own firearms, and that all toy guns must have a bright orange cap on the end else the police are likely to treat it as a real weapon and shoot you!
I just happen to have the gun left over from an army dressing up party on campus and decided I could recycle it to be used for my dissertation.

not any stranger than the rest of the world. i've lived all over the world and i've never felt safer than living in florida. i carry concealed in this great state. my children are properly trained in the use of firearms and safety. when we are not on the range they do not play or act as if they used guns. they don't go near my guns if i have them out and about. it's my unprofessional opinion that every child let alone adult should go through a hunter/ gun safety course. people are afraid of what they don't know- you see that everyday, look at how you treat a stranger.
as i quote a gun toting friend of mine "comphutar skiLlz arE co0l?".........my keyboard didn't make me type misspelled unintelligble words- i did it myself- there guns don't kill people....think about it
