Gas was $4.149/gallon in Oceanside on May 29th. I love my Yaris even harder now.

(This picture looks kinda fuzzy because this pump was so dirty. I cleaned it up some after taking a few shots and seeing how dirty they looked. After wiping it down a lot, this was the best I could do.)

I haven't done the research or anything, but I have a sneaking suspicion that North San Diego County pays more for gas because we've opposed off shore drilling for quite a long time. I think we get the hurt put on us more so than other areas of California that have played ball with oil companies wanting to plant rigs off their coasts. That's just my tin-foil wearing hat worry - no proof. Just a hunch. :P
