5 iPad Music Apps: AC-7 Pro Control Surface, iElectribe, Forscore
Tomorrow is the day Steve Jobs releases the iPad to the public. If you are gearing up for a long wait in front of a Best Buy or Future Shop, these 5 music apps for the iPad will either stir up some more tension, or help you rest easy.
Pianist Pro
Considering the iPad’s screen is significantly larger than that of an iPhone or iPod Touch, an instrument app such as a piano makes a little more sense.
If a piano isn't pretty enough for you, then we expect the Airharp or the accordion simulator to do the trick, or how about the miniSynth Pro or the regular Synth?
Rj Voyager
This app registers ambient sound and will peace it together mathematically turning you into a experimental DJ.
Forscore
This app should come in handy for musical theorists – it reads sheet music.
AC-7 Pro Control Surface
A wireless mixing board so you can retool and remix all your favourite mp3s. Others already in the game include the TouchOSC, Four Track and Cue.Play.DJ.
iElectribe
The Electribe is a musical instrument by Korg. Endless experimentation. There are also other options including Sonorasaurus Rex, Bleep!Box, dPad...
