Acer Iconia first hands-on! (Engadget)

Acer Iconia: Dual 14 Inch Laptop With No Physical Keboard: Technical Specifications And Price  (video)

Acer has taken the notion of the touch screen to a whole new level with the release of the eye-catching but tricky to use Acer, Iconia.

The Acer, Iconia has no physical keyboard, instead there are two LCD displays. Here is what Engadget had to say about it.

The keyboard, on the other hand, is pretty hard to use -- even the rep admitted there's a learning curve. You can't rest your fingers down without hitting something, of course. We managed to browse to Engadget, but it took several tries.

The Acer, Iconia is a bit of beast too, not very travel friendly

...the Iconia comes with a 44WH, 4-cell battery that amounts to about 3 hours of life, according to Acer. It's also not lightweight, weighing in at 6.18 pounds.

No word on pricing yet for the Acer, Iconia in the U.S. but in the UK the Acer, Iconia is listed around 1,499 British Pounds, that would push the Acer, Iconia to over $2,200 dollars USD.
