It's so easy, but you have to have an editor with the icon toolbar. Doesn't work in Safari. You can handcode it. or Just try this.
Type " NowPublic " , then click on it till the whole word or phrase is highlighted in blue. then go to toolbar, third icon from left- a 'linkknot', click on that, and you do have to enable popups for NowPublic.com, and a popup dialogue box pops up.
- Insert your link/url in first box,
- then on second box, Target, pull down dropdown menu, and select either open in new window, or in same window.
- Fill in title.
- select class type from dropdown menu. and
- click on Insert button.
