First of all this was probably the most amazing shuttle launch i have seen in 6 years of living in america. Please forgive the pictures for being slightly out of focus, i ran outside with 50 seconds to spare and thats not easy with a 2 year old haha! The Shuttle launch was amazing, the contrast of the sky, colors and watching the fuel tanks fall was amazing. I will never forget this launch. the sunset against the clouds of smoke was just out of this world.
