Another Six Sigma Experience at the Apple Store
I had a 7 pm appointment and it's now 7:39 pm. People say I will be here for another hour. Oh well.
That is what I wrote about 3 hours ago, while waiting for by MacBook Air to be checked out. I showed Ishmael Morrison how to become a member of NowPublic. Ishmael was waiting too. At 8:00 pm, I was called and my "Genius" at the Genius Bar was a guy named True. Everything he told me was true. I'm glad I didn't meet his twin False. Bad joke - True was a fantastic guy, intelligent and very helpful.
I came in with my computer with poor resolution...without my input, the resolution went out...icons were large, tool bar large...it reminded me when my old PC got a virus.
True set my resolution to normal, then said...since you took so long and waited so long to be here, how about I do a diagnostic on your machine to make sure all is OK. I said good. In 5 minutes, I was shaking his hand, said goodbye to Ishamael, and headed home.
I love my Mac. Two times now; something went wrong, got it fixed same day. First a hardware problem, this time software. Customer support is great. Wonderful customers. Should I say dandee, for dandelion?
