German gar maker Audi introduced business edition of Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Quattroo in India on Tuesday. In a highly price sensitive market of India, Audi priced the SUV INR 3.51 million. It will hit Indian market in festive season starting in october. 

It is equipped with 2.0 TDI engine that brings in 170 bhp of peak power and torque of 35.7 kgm to the quation.



“The Audi Q5 2.0 TDI is fully equipped to strengthen our position and market share in luxury SUV segment in India. The Audi Q5 running in India has already a large fan base and the new Audi Q5 2.0 TDI would be the best option for them to own a luxury SUV in competitive price. The Audi Q5 2.0 TDI q is powered by a dynamic and efficient engine is also equipped with best in-class interior and infotainment features” said Michael Perschke, Head – Audi India.
Talk about interiors of this business edition, it is equipped with a multi-functional 4 –spoke leather steering wheel with a brilliant wood inlays. Enhancing the driving experience, it gives you Media Interface with Concert Radio, a storage package, and the rear parking aid among other features.
“Audi India has witnessed a huge growth in recent time and even surpassed the annual sales of 3003 cars for 2010 in the first seven months of 2011. We are looking to expand our dealer network. We want to strengthen our portfolio by the introduction of cars like Q5 2.0 TDI, which are suitable for Indian condition” said Michael Perschke, Head – Audi India.
“We would introduce our new dealerships soon in South Mumbai, Surat, West Delhi, Indore, Coimbatore and Lucknow. We are very confident to achieve our retail sales target of 5, 000 cars by the end of 2011 in India” added Michael Perschke.
