today, i called the credit card company informing them i didnt receive my last month statement therefore can they please waive off the late fee?! i mean the bill is only for $38 and the late fee is $29...not only that, i always pay on time and i been w/ them for 6 yrs....
instead of a nice respond from the operator...he told me i should have called and let them know, so its my fault.... 0_o
what happened to customer serv? what happened to customer always right?!
i requested to cancel my card.....and he said yes w/o any hesitation and hung me up...
i dont think i even have such a bad experience w/ any credit card company before....
i mean from all previous exp....they been really nice....but this one...im shock....
