The country is in trouble and what that means there is opportunity lurking around the corner for people who want to make money.
Did you hear about all the foreclosures that are out there ? Well if you did not hear of them you must be living on another planet. Now is the time to capitalize on the other side of the foreclosure mess. The way to do that is Foreclosure Cleanup. That is when you start your own business and clean out foreclosures.

Cleaning foreclosures is a hard business but big money can be made. The best way to start this business to to go to a company called cleaning foreclosures. There you will find a package that they offer with all the information you need to know to start a foreclosure cleaning business. Foreclosures are on the rise with no end in sight. Now is the time to act. The government bail out plan will not work. Only leading to more distressed properties falling victim to the foreclosure nightmare.

Foreclosed properties are here to stay for a while. There are key factors that have lead to this financial crisis. One reason that this problem exists is thanks to Fannie and Freddie Mac. These two government entities have created this disaster. The only thing to come out of this mess is the companies that go out there and secure these vacant properties from further demise. There is one company out there that you can go to to learn how to start your own cleaning foreclosures business. This company tells you all you need to know about the foreclosure cleaning business. Clean foreclosures has all the information you need to know to start out in this business.

The next problem that this country faces is within the local communities. When a bank levies on a property the aftermath is unbelievable. The families that occupy the home must leave or be evicted.Once the home becomes vacant that now leads to more problems.

Vagerants will occupy and trash out these properties. Once again it is up to a person willing to clean out these properties to make them livable again. This is the time to once again start a foreclosure cleaning business and make an impact on society and make a living for yourself.

Think of this as a way to capitialize .This country was built on capitilization. These banks that have these foreclosures are making money on them not losing. So say to yourself this is my time. Go out there and start a foreclosure business for yourself. There is no other feeling than being self employed. Go for it.

You MUST, MUST, MUST be consistent in your marketing. You can't send out one thing and expect to get calls. You have to be in front of your potential clients consistently.

To The Writer:  It is False to push the idea that this "financial crisis" was caused by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.  Over the past 15+ yrs, I have worked in the Financial Services field with both of these companies directly.  These companies were not government owned/operated, but were setup to take the blame for a system that was geared by designed to either PROFIT or FAIL. The arrogance of the "puppet master's" yielded that they never considered the latter.  Now they are being demonized and victimized for their decision to give-in to the pressures of Congress and Wall Street (R.E. and Mortgage Securities Investors) to lower their resistance to the "High Risk" Lending arena.  The result of it was an effective way to "point-the-finger" and put the negative attention on someone other than the US Congress, Wall Street, and past Administrative body... and as you can see, it worked perfectly.

My husband and I started a foreclosure business in April, and Cassandra is right..you have to keep pounding out the marketing. I email ALOT, I send out postcards that I get cheap from VistaPrint. I bought some pens there too and handed them out to my local realtors. Since April, we have done 5 jobs, 3 trash outs, 1 carpet removal and 1 lawn cleanup. I was shocked at the quick response. Its been dead for 2 weeks now but Im still pounding out the emails. My hubby and I do this part time on the weekends, which makes it tough for the big jobs. We both work full time during the week. The most money I've dished out on this was the insurance I chose to have. I paid it in full. There is definately work out there!
