This is a part of white collar crime. They look deceiving, there is evil behind them. All bank should implement Managing the Business of Risk Fraud.

Two big cases of fraud against banks in the UK have led to a 50% rise in the value of fraud cases coming to court in the first half of 2008.

An alleged £220m attempt to hack into Sumitomo Matsui's systems and a £70m attempt at HSBC contributed to £630m worth of fraud cases.

Someone got my Credit card number (that I've never used online and never went out of my sight an spend a bunch of money cross the ocean... I've reported it to Barclays bank to months ago and I'll keep on waiting for a solution...
