Book Summary: Action Learning

I read this book "Action Learning" by Reg Revans & found it to be an amazing one.

Why Read It?

What is the difference between a puzzle and a problem? According to Revans, there is an existing solution to the the puzzle and it simply needs to be found. But there is no existing solution to a problem. The solution has to be found out, which only begins where one doesn't know what to do next and expertise is of no help.

Hi writeori.

Thank you for your post. However, may I suggest that you should have a look at the site's guidelines for posting so that you can learn about newsworthiness on NP and the highlight tool?

Thanks. :)
