Branson Airport F16 Thunderbird

The opening of the brand new Branson Airport, which will be the first privately-developed and operated, officially opens on Monday, but this weekend there is a airshow for everyone at the new airport in Missouri. commercial service airport in the whole US

Lynn Berry, director of public relations for the Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, said Branson has not received this kind of attention since a “60 Minutes” segment in the 1990s featured the tourist town.

“This changes everything for Branson,” Berry said.

In Europe, this kind of business structure with airports is more common, but in the United States it is a new concept and this is the first airport of its kind.
The airport opens on Monday with flights to Atlanta, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Dallas, but for now airplane lovers can see a whole different kind of aircraft take off and land from here.
The two-day show features US Air Force Thunderbirds, aerial acrobatics, and the US Army Golden Knights.
