We always get our movies from Netflix. We have been members pretty much since they started. The only thing about the company being popular is that it now takes longer to actually see the movies in our queue. Many times we end up watching the movie on TV before Netflix sends it to us. Some movies have been in the queue for over a year.

We switched over to their Blu-ray plan. Now movies take even longer and the one thing I have noticed is that they often come broken. I have never received so many broken DVDs! I wonder if that is the real reason why we are being charged more for Blu-ray rental. They probably have to replace all the broken movies. Plus not every movie comes in Blu-ray so it seems we are paying extra for not much of a benefit.
